2017 Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation Senior Fellow
During the 2016 Fellowship, Tiffany worked alongside Carroll's Kitchen to raise $30,000 to open their restaurant, support their programs, and other aspects of their social enterprise. Carroll's Kitchen provides job- and skills- training to single women coming from homelessness with a strong support system.
Tiffany returned as a Senior Fellow for the 2017 Fellowship, where she worked to increase impact of individual fellows projects through curriculum, developing team relationships, and collaboration opportunities. Tiffany also supported JKHF's communications strategy by increasing outputs across all social media platforms.
Additionally, Tiffany worked with partner, National Farm to School Network to create a toolkit for how Head Start programs can implement farm to early care and education activities into their curriculum, while meeting program performance standards and the early outcomes framework.

Because of JKHF
Through Tiffany's experiences within the JKHF Fellowship program, she has become increasingly interested in political opportunities. Coming from a politically apathetic family, she was not exposed to the nature and power of politics. She hopes to serve on campaigns as a manager or staff during the 2018 elections. Her confidence in the people of NC has grown through her experiences with community partners, fellows, and JKHF's network.
