In partnership with the North Carolina Network of Grantmakers and the Child Trust Foundation, Misha interviewed 25 members of education collaboratives around the country and in North Carolina. After transcribing her conversations, Misha developed executive summary reports based on her findings to help inform the future work of the education funders colalborative in North Carolina.
Additionally, Misha interviewed school administrators in Title I schools across multiple North Carolina counties for the North Carolina Early Childhood Foundation. She focused on identifying successful strategies for preventing chronic absenteeism.

Misha's love for North Carolina grew through the Fellowship. Through her project, she was able to talk to leaders throughout the state and listen to the communities she hopes to serve as a doctor in the future.
